Use
You structure the contents of the quality notification for a stability study in this step.
You:
- Determine which structural elements of the quality notification will be used and what information is to be contained in them.
- Organize and maintain the catalogs that are used in notifications and during defects recording.
Such a catalog can, for example, contain a series of tasks, such as 'Create Initial Sample' and 'Change Initial Sample'.

You can find the relevant activity under Maintain Catalogs in QM Customizing. The path is Quality Notifications > Notification Creation > Notification Content.
This is where the contents of quality notifications are stored. If necessary, consult the person responsible for QM Customizing, as other people may be affected by your changes.
