When you choose a specific update group you are defining the way in which the data from the document items is updated in the statistics file. You can choose between the following update groups:

  • If you do not enter any update group, no update is carried out at item level.

  1. If you enter the update group SAP, the corresponding purchasing documents are updated.
  2. If you enter an update group that begins with Z, a customer-specific update is made on the relevant purchasing documents.
