Create a comparison version in the local system for internal use .
The comparison verion will be compared with the 000 version (actual data) or with the A00 version (active planning version) every time a Delta determination takes place.
The data is stored in the comparison version is the data that was last sent to the central system. This data is overwritten whenever a every new data exchange takes place (NET-CHANGE-process).
