Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define whether or not measurement document and counter reading fields are displayed by default in the results list of following multi-level list report:

You can decide at which position the measurement document or counter reading field is displayed in the results list or mark a field as invisible. If you assign numbers to the fields, they are displayed in the results lists in the corresponding application transaction in that sequence, that is, the field assigned 1 appears first in the list, the field assigned 2 appears second, and so on.
Individual users can also create their own user-specific field selection. However, they can only use fields that have been numbered and fields marked as not invisible for this purpose. If users do not define their own field selection, the fields you have activated are displayed for them.
