Use

In this IMG activity you assign print programs to the forms that you have defined. In this way, you can specify which print program is used to format the data for the form.

To specify which print program is to be run automatically for a particular form, set the Active indicator. You can only set one entry to active.

Standard settings

The standard system includes the following assignments:

  • The print program REHSINVITATIONPRNT supports SAPscript forms, such as the forms INVITATION_A4 and INVITATION_LETR.

    The SAPscript form INVITATION_A4 is active in the standard system. If you work with forms in Letter format, activate the form INVITATION_LETR.

  • The print program REHS_INVITATION_PRNT_PDF supports PDF-based forms, such as the forms EHSH_INVIT_A4 and EHSH_INVIT_LETR.

    If you work with PDF-based print forms, activate one of these forms.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you work with the default settings. If you do so, no further activities are necessary.

Activities

  1. Enter the forms that you want to use for invitations (see Define Forms and Define Layout of PDF-Based Print Forms).
  2. Assign one print program to each of the forms.
  3. Set the active indicator for the form that you want to use (SAPscript form or PDF-based form in A4 or Letter format).
