Use
In this IMG activity, you can define PDF-based print forms or edit existing forms.
You can define forms for question catalogs, questionnaires, invitations, lists of restrictions, and medical certificates.

Note
SAP recommends that you work with the standard. In this case, you need perform no further activities.
If you do not want to work with the standard, SAP recommends that you copy the standard forms and change the copies, rather than changing the standard forms.
Activities
If you work with the standard forms, you need perform no further activities.
If you want to define customer-specific forms, proceed as follows:
- Enter the standard form that you want to copy.
- Choose Form -> Create/Change.
You see the header data screen of the form.
- Choose Form -> Save As... and enter the name of the new form.
The new form name must start with the letter "Z" or "Y", so that the form is not overwritten when you upgrade your system to a new release. You should also ensure that the form is assigned to form class FKOR.
- Edit the new form then activate it.
