Use
In this IMG activity, you define new occupational health SAPscript forms or edit existing ones.
You can define SAPscript forms for question catalogs, questionnaires, invitations, restriction lists, and medical certificates. You can also use the SAPscript forms already available in the SAP standard system.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the following SAPscript forms:

Recommendation
SAP recommends that you work with the default settings. If you do so, no other activities are necessary.
If you want to change the SAPscript forms, SAP recommends that you copy the standard SAPscript forms instead of changing them, and then make changes to the copies.
Activities
If you work with the standard SAPscript forms, no activities are necessary.
To define your own SAPscript forms, proceed as follows:
- Enter the name of the new form.
- Choose Create.
The form header data screen appears.
- Choose Form -> Copy.
- Enter the standard form that you want to copy.
- Edit and activate the new form.
