Use
In this IMG activity you define the two character code for the credit card companies.
This view in independent to the trip provision variant and is also
language-specific.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP supplies some codes in the standard system.
Activities
Use table comparison to copy the standard values from the delivery client into your client.
If the credit card company required is not included, enter a two character code for the credit card company and also enter the name of the company as the description.
Maintain the description in all languages required.
Example
When you make a hotel reservation, the system calls up a diaolg box, asking you which credit card provider should be used to guarantee the reservation. If you want to be able to select a specific credit card provider using F4 help, this must be defined in the system first.
You will have normally defined the appropriate credit card provider already, either in the master recotd for the employee (Infotype 105, Subtype 0011) or in the IMG activity Define Groupings for Payment Methods.
Dependencies
If you want credit card numbers to be encrypted in the database, you need to establish a connection for each credit card company to a payment card type in the Definition of Payment Card Type (V_TB033) maintenance view. You use the Payment Card Type field to do this.
In the Maintain Payment Card Type IMG activity, you can then specify whether or not you want encryption for each payment card type.
Furthermore, in maintenance view V_TCCSEC you need to globally activate encrypted storage.
