Use
The validation table access groups are used to define the table access methods that are available for validation in the validation rules.
In the validation rule creation, the table access methods will be available as configured.
Requirements
Prior to creating the Table Access group, determine the class names and method names of table access methods that are to be available in the validation configuration via this group. Note that if a configured access method is to be included, the configuration for that method must be completed independently from this step.
Activities
Create a table access group by creating a name and text for the group.
Attach the table access methods to the access group.
Enter the name of the class that implements the method to be added.
Enter the name of the method. The method must be directly created in the class, and cannot be an implementation of a method defined in an interface.
Additional Information
Any included method must satisfy the following requirements:
It must have exactly one RETURNING parameter.
It must not have any EXPORTING parameters.
The text for the method description and the importing parameters that will be shown in the validation configuration is the same as that shown in Class Builder (SE24) for the method.
