In this step, you determine the fields you wish to display in the infotype 0279 list data columns. This assignment is dependant on the employee's employee grouping and the pension fund.
There are five columns available, but you need not use all of them.
Standard settings
In addition to the model entries, the standard system contains specific pension funds.
Note
An employee can, over time, fall within several employee groupings or pension funds. Therefore, the infotype records displayed in the list do not have concurrent fields.
For this reason, the heading is controlled seperately from the field contents. Hence, it is possible, for example, to display a contribution ER (value type BTAG) in a column that is a regular contribution ER (value type BT25) or a savings contribution (value type BT10), according to pension fund.
Note that all columns without headings are hidden from view.
Activities
- Specify the pension fund for which you want to set the list display.
- Specify the employee grouping for which the field assignment is valid.
- Choose New entries.
- Determine a value type for each column you wish to display. The value type assigned field is displayed in the list display.
- Choose Save.
