In this step, you specify which data column headings appear in the list display for infotype 0279. You specify the headings with value types.

There are five columns available, but you need not use all of them.

Standard settings

In addition to the model entries, the standard system contains specific pension funds.

Note

An employee can, over time, fall within several employee groups or pension funds. Hence, the infotype records displayed in the list do not have concurrent fields.

For this reason, the heading is controlled seperately from the field contents. Therefore it is, for example, possible to display a contribution ER (value type BTAG) in a column that is a regular contribution ER (value type BT25) or a savings contribution (value type BT10), according to pension fund.

Activities

  1. Specify the employee grouping to which the headings apply.
  2. Choose new entries.
  3. Specify a value type for each column that you wish to display. Its short text is then used as the heading.
  4. Choose Save.
