In this step, you assign value types and PC activities to single fields in infotype 0279 Individual Values Pension Fund. This determines the values that can be entered and the PC activities triggered by the system when entries are made in the relevant field. The latter could trigger a recalculation of the value in question (for example, changes in insured salary -> recalculation of PF contributions).
The aforementioned assignment depends on the fund and employee grouping. This enables you to process PF data on an employee in accordance with your requirements.
Activities
- Enter the fund and employee grouping to which the field assignment applies.
- Choose New entries.
- Enter a field number.
- Define the value type for the field.
Define the assignment of value types to borders as follows:
Border Value type
1 Value type 1-12
2 Value type 13-20
3 Value type 21-26
4 Value type 27-30
- Determine the PC activity to be executed once an entry has been made in the appropriate field.
- If necessary, define the field as an output field only. This prevents you from making manual entries.
- Choose Save.
