This step enables you to create, check or delete the following data on a pension fund:
- Pension funds
- Pension fund description
- Pension fund control
- Field assignment for the infotype 0279
- Value assignment for fields (batch input)
- Infotypes for batch input
- Framework texts for the infotype 0279
- Wage type determination for PF value types
- Calculation control for infotype 0279
You can use the following functions to process the aforementioned settings:
- Copy fund
This function copies the settings from the original fund to the target fund. The system will not overwrite data that has been stored for the target fund. If not already created, the copying procedure automatically creates the target area.
- Replace fund
This function copies all the settings created for the original fund to the target fund, and deletes the target fund. If not already created, the copying procedure automatically creates the target fund.
- Delete fund
This function deletes all the settings maintained for a fund.
- Check fund
This functions checks that the settings maintained for a fund are consistent. The check is based on the foreign key dependency of the tables in which the individual settings are stored.
- Transport fund
This function saves the settings maintained for a fund to a transport request. You can choose whether you want to transport all the settings or only the settings that have been modified.
Note
The system has been set up to process all the aforementioned data. To copy individual records, choose Settings -> Interactive copy -> On.
Activities
Carry out the appropriate function for fund(s). To check the results, go to Extras -> Technical logs.
