In this step you copy one pension fund to another. In this way you can copy all the relevant settings directly and indirectly from the template fund.

This procedure enables you, on the one hand, to adopt a template fund which is contained in the standard system, and then to adapt the template to meet your requirements; this represents a significant time saving compared with configuring a complete pension fund setup manually. On the other hand, you can also use several regulations as a template to create similar, if not wholly identical funds, in a short period of time.

Activities

  1. Check the funds held in the standard system, and your existing funds to identify the fund with the greatest number of reusable settings.
  2. Copy the individual elements of the template fund to the target fund.
  3. Modify the copied fund to meet your requirements by carrying out the remaining steps in this IMG.
