Use

In this Customizing activity, you determine which value types are to be used in a PC schedule for the nonrecurring payments.

Activities

To determine the value type characteristics of a value type, proceed as follows:

1. Select the relevant processing schedule and choose the relevant PC value type.

2. Choose New Entries.

3. Choose the relevant value type characteristics.

4. Save your entries.

You can assign the following value type characteristics that are taken into account in the nonrecurring payments (NRP):

  • 60: NRP: direct posting in DME: Use this value type characteristic to indicate value types that can be chosen in the infotype nonrecurring payments (3230).
  • 61: NRP: posting value type DME: Use this value type characteristic to indicate the (net) value types for the DME posting.
  • 62: NRP: liable for withholding tax: Use this value type characteristic to indicate that, for a value type in infotype nonrecurring payments (3230), the withholding tax also needs to be calculated.
