Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the additional fields the system fills for EHO, EHO-RP, and MELAP.

Requirements

  • You have already correctly assigned the evaluation types for EHO, EHO-RP, and MELAP.
  • You have defined the output assignment.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose the output assignment type that you want to use for EHO, EHO-RP, or MELAP.
  2. Select Field Assignments.
  3. If you are editing an output assignment for EHO, add the following fields to evaluation type PF Universal Reporting (List) (02):
    • Field name VAL01 to the value type for Advance for Home Ownership (for example, KAA1)
    • Field name VAL02 to the value type for the Value Date (for example, DTVA)
    • Field name VAL03 to the value type for the Entry Date (for example, DT01)
    • Field name VAL04 to the value type for the date of birth (for example, DT00)
  4. If you are editing an output assignment type for EHO-RP, add the following fields to evaluation type PF Universal Reporting (List) (02):
    • Field name VAL01 to the value type for Repayment for Advance for Home Ownership (for example, KEA1)
    • Field name VAL02 to the value type for the Value Date (for example, DTVA)
    • Field name VAL03 to the value type for the Entry Date (for exmaple, DT01)
    • Field name VAL04 to the value type for the Date of Birth (for example, DT00)
  5. If you are editing an output assignment type for MELAP, notification type 563 , add the following fields to evaluation type PF Universal Reporting (List) (02):
    • Field name VAL01 to the value type for cash payments for leaving (for example, KA70)
    • Field name VAL02 to the value type for the total sum of advances (for example, KAA9)
    • Field name VAL03 to the value type for the reference date (for example, DTRF)
    • Field name VAL04 to the value type for the hiring date (for example, DT01)
    • Field name VAL05 to the value type for the birth date (for example, DT00)
    • Field name VAL06 to the value type for the value date (for example, DTVA)
  6. If you are editing an output assignment type for MELAP, notification type 565, add the fields according to your specific requirements.

    You can use the field names VAL01 to VAL40. You define the meaning of the respective fields in the implementation of the BAdI Override and Download MELAP 565 Reporting Data (HRPFD02CAP_565).

  7. Save your entries.
