In this step, you define attributes for the PC forms you created. To do this, you set up printing options as well as standard header, footer, and company address texts that are automatically incorporated into the appropriate form.
Note
For the aforementioned standard texts, enter the text ID ADRS. To maintain the standard texts, in the SAP Easy Access screen, go to Tools-> Word processing -> Standard text.
Activities
Choose New entries.
Enter the name of the PC form you want to maintain.
If the PC form has a list printout, flag the field List.
Enter the number of times you want to print the form for each personnel number processed in the evaluation.
Enter the key for the standard texts, headers, footers and company address.
Choose Save.
