In this step, you define the evaluation types used to group PF evaluations according to shared features. This allows you to make system settings for several evaluations at one time.
If you do not require any evaluation types other than those listed below (individual reports as PC universal evaluations), you can skip over this step. This is usually the case.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the following evaluation types:
- Universal evaluation (SAPscript)
- Universal evaluation (standard)
- Universal evaluation (standard, BI)
- Evaluation for an applicant
- Universal evaluation (ABAP List Viewer (ALV), SAPScript)
If you only want to use the evaluation types listed above, and do not need to create additional evaluation types, you do not need to perform the following activity.
Activities
- Choose New entries.
- Enter a key and description for the evaluation type.
Note that the key must begin with 9; otherwise, you are maintaining in the SAP namespace.
- Save your entries.
