In this step you set up functions views for the user interface and define how the system interprets the Pension Fund (PF) functions that are contained in the user interface.
The settings are dependent upon the funds.
A functions view contains various categories, to which a group of PF functions is assigned. A maximum of eight categories is supported per functions view. You determine whether the functions view is available in the initial screen (Administration) or in the Utilities screen by setting the flag accordingly.
A PF function is defined as a Report (mit variants), as a transaction (with variants) or as a user interface PF calculation. (You maintain transaction variants with the transaction SHD0.)
Example
The functions view Processes contains the categories Entry, Leaving, or Change in wages along with other categories.
An entry includes the following steps:
- Entry calculation
- Creation of insurance statement
The entry calculation is the unser interface PF calculation 01; the insurance statement is the report RPLPKSC0 with the corresponding variant SAP&_BP_LAUS for fund S000 (Standard).
