In this step you define the infotype menus for maintenance and display of HR master data. The menus are part of the administrator interface.
These menus can defined based on the user group (user parameter UGR ).
If no entries for the infotype menu exist for the user's user group, or if the user has not maintained his or her user group, the reference user group is used to determine the infotype menus.

Example
You want to include an infotype in an infotype menu.
Requirements
Standard settings
Several infotype menus are set up as user-dependent. The user groups correspond to the country groupings.
The PK menu has been set up for the pension fund.
Recommendation
Activities
- Infotypes in the infotype menu
- Choose menu type "I" and the PK infotype menu.
- Include the infotypes in the menu for the user group.
