In this step, you define the variants for PF evaluations. To do this, you enter your values in the selection screen for the relevant evaluation and define further details for input control.

Note

Note that the variant key you choose must agree with a prefix to ensure that the variant is offered as an option in the administrator interface.

Standard settings

The R/3 System contains the following programs for PC universal evaluations:

  • RPLPKAC0        Standard evaluation SAPscript
  • RPLPKBC0        Applicant evaluation
  • RPLPKTC0        Standard evaluation list
  • RPIPKLC0        List evaluation with batch input.

Activities

  1. Start the relevant program in the ABAP/4 editor.
  2. Define the values in the individual input fields.
  3. Choose Goto -> Variants -> Save as variant.
  4. Enter a key and a description for the variant.
  5. Define the environment data for the variant.
  6. Define attributes for the individual input fields.
  7. Choose Save.
