In this step, you specify whether messages should be automatically sent to persons concerned when a room is booked.
Example
If you book or prebook a room, an automatically generated message is sent to the organizers or the attendees involved in a business event as well as to the person who booked the room.
Requirements
You must first carry out step "Flag active communication system" and the step Set up mail connection.
Standard settings
The field Value abbreviation contains the value 0 in the standard SAP R/3 System for the entry "RAUM MAIL". That means that no messages are sent.
Activities
- In the field Value abbreviation of the entry "RAUM MAIL", you specify whether messages should be automatically sent to the persons involved when a room is booked.
