Here you define the administrators and administrator groups that are responsible for an employee. The administrators in question either
- were responsible for the employee in the enterprise from which this employee has been received, or they
- are responsible for the employee in the enterprise to which he/she has been assigned.
These administrators serve as contact persons for questions relating to the employee in the other enterprise.
Example
You have assigned employee X to subsidiary 1. In this subsidiary, administrator A is responsible for payroll and administrator B is responsible for time recording in respect of this employee. If you want to put any questions to subsidiary 1 concerning payroll for your employee, you should contact administrator A.
Requirements
Find out who the relevant administrators are in the enterprises sending employees to you or receiving them from you, and group these accordingly.
Recommendation
Also maintain the telephone numbers of the relevant administrators, so that you have these to hand when you need an immediate answer to a question.
