Here, you determine which of the objects that belong to Funds Management (FM)
- COBL-FISTL Funds center,
- COBL-GEBER Fund,
- COBL-FIPOS Commitment item
- COBL-GRANT_NBR Grant
can be used when entering account assignment specifications.
You can also specify the characteristics for these fields on the entry screen.
Example
You want to determine that the Funds center and Fund are used. When you call up the screen, position the cursor on the Funds center.
Standard settings
None of the fields mentioned are offered in the standard system.
Activities
Add the objects you require and determine the field attributes for the individual objects in the detail display.
Further notes
You can also use a feature to control the selection of the objects and their field characteristics. You can determine and maintain this feature in the step Feature for object selection.
You can store the feature's return codes in the Variable key key field. In this way, you can choose the object selection together with the relevant field characteristics for every return code of the feature.
