You need only carry out this step if you have already created possible education/training types in the step "Create education/training" and now want to assign these to individual education/training categories.
In this step you assign the education/training created for an employee or applicant to the education/training categories.
To assign education/training to a education/training category, you must specify the education/training key and the relevant education/training category key. The system then automatically provides the text for the key.
Example
The education/training category "trade" might contain:
- Electrician
- Mechanic
- Carpenter etc.
The education/training category "science" might contain:
- Chemist
- Biologist
- Mathematician etc.
Requirements
- You should already have created the necessary education/training types in the step "Create education/training".
- You should also have created the necessary education/training categories in the step "Create education/training category".
Standard settings
The standard SAP system contains several sample entries for the assignment of education and training to education/training categories.
Activities
Assign education/training to the education/training categories.
