In this step, you can define appraisal groups and their criterion for your personnel area and employee subgroup groupings.
You need only perform this step if you want to create wage-related appraisals for certain groups of employees.
You can also define the group value to be used in generating the wage type for the Basic pay infotype (0008).
Example
A certain group of employees should not be rewarded individually but on the basis of their group appraisals.
Requirements
You have grouped personnel areas and employee subgroups for appraisals.
You are familiar with the different groups for valuation of appraisals.
Standard settings
The standard system contains some examples to help you define group values for wage-related appraisals.
Activities
- Check the SAP sample entries.
- Create and delete appraisal groups according to your requirements.
- Define the personnel area and employee subgroup groupings for which you want to define group values.
- Define the appraisal group and its validity period.
- Specify the number of employees and valuation points for the group.
- Define the group value.
- Delete the entries that you do not require.
Further notes
Use report RPIBRT01 to determine group values.
Use report RPIBRT00 to create wage types.
