In the last three steps, you have defined the valid appraisal criteria and grouped your personnel areas and employee subgroups.

In this section, you can define which appraisal criteria can be entered in the Appraisals infotype (0025) for the different personnel area and employee subgroup groupings.

Example

You would like that the appraisal criterion leadership qualities can only be entered for employee subgroups in group "01".

You would like that the appraisal criterion safety awareness can only be entered for personnel areas in group "02".

Requirements

You have defined the appraisal criteria.

You have grouped personnel areas and employee subgroups for appraisal criteria.

Standard settings

The standard system contains some model appraisal/group assignments.

Activities

  1. Check the model entries.
  2. Create and delete entries according to your requirements.
    1. Define the personnel area groupings.
    2. Define the employee subgroup groupings.
    3. Define the appraisal criterion to be used.
    4. Define the validity period for this appraisal criterion.
    5. Determine whether this appraisal criterion should be used as a default value in the Appraisals infotype (0025).
  3. Delete the entries that you do not require.
