The procedure described below represents the preparatory work for the "assign appraisal criteria to employee subgroups and personnel areas" step.
In this section, you can group your employee subgroups for appraisal criteria.
Example
You have three employee subgroups and would like to enter the same appraisal criterion in all three.
The first two employee subgroups use the same weighting for the same appraisal criterion, the third uses a different weighting.
The first two employee subgroups are assigned the grouping "1", the third "2".
Requirements
Familiarize yourself with the appraisal criteria in the different employee subgroups.
Find out which appraisal features should be weighted the same in the different employee subgroups.

Activities
Group your employee subgroups according to your requirements.
Further notes
If all employee subgroups should use the same weighting for appraisal criteria, group them all under "1".
