The procedure described below represents the preparatory work for the "assign appraisal criteria to employee subgroups and personnel areas" step.
In this section, you can group your personnel areas for appraisal criteria.
Example
You have three personnel areas and would like to enter the same appraisal criterion in all three.
The first two personnel areas use the same weighting for the same appraisal criterion, the third uses a different weighting.
The first two personnel areas are assigned the grouping "01", the third "02".
Requirements
Familiarize yourself with the appraisal criteria in the different personnel areas.
Find out which appraisal criteria should be weighted the same in the different personnel areas.
Activities
Group your personnel areas according to your requirements.
Further notes
If all personnel areas should use the same weighting for appraisal criteria, group them all under "01".
