In this step, you can store objects on loan to be output for employees in the enterprise.
Example
An employee receives work clothing from the enterprise, and another employee received certain tools on loan.
Requirements
Get an overview of the objects on loan which occur in your enterprise.
Standard settings
The SAP standard system contains some samples of objects on loan.
Recommendation
Use the sample entries that are contained in the SAP standard system as a guideline.
Activities
- Check the existing entries.
- Create additional objects on loan, if required.
- Delete any entries not required for the infotype Objects on loan (0040).
Further notes
The entries can be used purely for information, they have no link to payroll.
