Requirements
Check to see whether the authorization object HR: Master data - personnel number check is used in the authorization check by your system. You will be able to recognize this from the way the authorization main switch HR: Master data - personnel number check (PERNR) is set. The check is active if the authorization main switch HR: Master data - personnel number check (PERNR) has the value 1. You can process these settings using the HR: Authorization main switch (OOAC) transaction.
You can assign users - personnel numbers using the Communication infotype (0105).
Standard settings
In the standard SAP System, the afore-mentioned program switch is set, so that the authorization object HR: Master data - personnel number check is not used in the check.
Activities
Maintain the employee - personnel number assignment in the Communication infotype (0105).
