  • SSSSSS = Pension fund
  • MMMMMMMM = Medical Aid company
  • RRRRRR = Medical Aid scheme

Note: Blank spaces must be entered as placeholders, as required.

Example

PENSION -FUND /MEDICAL -AID
The pension fund company is 'PENSION' and the fund is 'FUND'.
The medical aid company is 'MEDICAL' and the scheme is 'AID'.

OMUTUAL -PROVFD/SANLAM -SANMED
The pension fund company is 'OMUTUAL' and the subsidiary is 'PROVFD'.
The medical aid company is 'SANLAM' and the subsidiary is 'SANMED'.
