You can maintain the following attributes for pension funds: Company, Scheme, and Contribution.
These attributes have been designed in a cascading format, in which you process pension fund information as specified in the above order. This allows you to efficiently maintain the relevant data for each individual pension fund company.
Default Settings
The system contains model entries that you can copy to create your own entries.
Procedure
To maintain pension fund information in the system:
- Choose 'Company'.
- Choose 'Scheme' to access the schemes valid for the specific insurance company, as specified in the previous step.
- Choose 'Contribution' to access the contribution valid for the scheme, and company, as specified in the previous step.
On each screen, use 'Details' to access the detailed information relevant for the step.
