In this step, you modify and generate three features used during the course of EEO-1, EO Survey, and VETS-100 reporting. Although the reporting process does not require modification of the features, you must generate the features to perform reporting.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. Select the first activity to review feature EEOCT, which is required both for EEO-1/EO Survey and for VETS-100 reporting.
  3. Examine the feature and make any necessary modifications to it.
  4. Save the feature, then generate it.
  5. Select the second activity to review feature EEOCL, which is required for EEO-1/EO Survey reporting only. (If you are not performing EEO reporting, then proceed to the next IMG step.)
  6. Repeat steps 3. and 4. for feature EEOCL.
  7. Select the third activity to review feature EOSRA, which also is required for EEO-1/EO Survey reporting only. Within this feature, you must specify whether your enterprise will report employees of Hispanic or Latino ethnic origin under category 03 alone, or under categories 07 and 08; you may not report employees of Hispanic or Latino origin under all three categories.
  8. Repeat steps 3. and 4. for feature EOSRA, specifying whether you will report employees of Hispanic or Latino origin under category 03 alone or under categories 07 and 08.
