In this step you check whether those wage types you want to use as wage types for your award types are eligible for entry in the infotype Additional payments (0015). If a wage type is not eligible for entry in infotype 0015, it cannot be used as an award wage type, since creating a payroll relevant award in infotype 0183 initiates the creation of a data set in infotype 0015 which contains the award wage type as the additional payment.

Activities

Check the entries delivered by SAP. If you want to add a new wage type for infotype 0015, proceed as follows:

  1. Select New entries.
  2. Enter the key of the wage type.
  3. Define the validity period.
  4. Determine whether the wage type can be entered once or more than once at any one time (time constraint).
