In this step you can modify the texts of the additional social insurance branches and add new additional social insurance branches if necessary. The modifications to the texts of the Additional Social Insurance Branches will result in other labels in the screen of infotype 0059.
The Additional SI Branches are indicated by a letter.
Example
Additional SI Branch A = Early Retirement (VUT).
Standard settings
The meanings of the pre-defined codes supplied with the standard delivery cannot be changed. However, the corresponding texts can be modified to suit your requirements.
Recommendation
Even if certain codes are not used in your company, it is advisable not to delete them as they are standard codes.
It is possible to add new codes in the V - Z range. However, these codes will not be used by the standard payroll routines.
Activities
- Check whether the texts of the pre-defined codes suit your requirements and modify them if necessary.
- Add new codes if required.
