In this step you can check the types of employment tax tables (loonbelastingtabellen), discernible by their color.
White:
Tables applicable to pay received from current employment.
Green:
Tables applicable to pay received from previous employment.
Standard settings
The tables and corresponding data are defined by the tax authorities and supplied by SAP as part of the standard delivery. The texts that describe the tables can be changed, but their meaning is fixed.
The following codes (defined by the tax authorities) are used:
- 1 = White table
- 2 = Green table
Recommendation
Activities
- Check the standard tables supplied by SAP and modify the text if necessary.
- If new tables/table colors have been introduced by the tax authorities, enter them in the system.
- Interim changes: Delimit the old data and create a new record with the correct start date.
