In this step you can check whether all the different types of commuter traffic you wish to employ in your organization have been entered in the system. The types of commuter traffic are indicated using Transportation Method Indicators [reiscodes].

Example

One example of commuter traffic is public transportation.

Requirements

Standard settings

A number of standard transportation indicators are supplied by SAP as part of the standard delivery. You can add own indicators to suit the requirements of your company.

The standard indicators are:

  • 0 = Own means of transportation
  • 1 = Public transportation
  • 2 = Leased vehicle
  • 3 = Car pool (driver)
  • 4 = Car pool (passenger)
  • 5 = Own transportation (pushbike)

Recommendation

The texts of all standard transportation indicators can be changed. Their meaning, however, is fixed.

It is possible to add new transportation indicators. You are, however limited to a maximum of 10 (0 - 9).

Activities

  1. Check the indicators and modify the text if necessary.
  2. Add new options if required.
