In this step you can define the calculation methods for the employer's contribution to private health insurance [particuliere ziektekostenverzekering].

Various methods are used to calculate this contribution and each method has a unique code. The code is entered in the field Contribution ZKV ER in infotype Social Insurance NL (0059). In this way it is possible to control the calculation of contributions per employee.

Example

Code 04: Contribution = 40 % with a maximum of NLG 200 per period.

Standard settings

A number of codes are supplied by SAP as part of the standard delivery. You can modify these codes according to your requirements or create new ones.

Activities

  1. Determine whether the standard codes meet the requirements of your
    organization. If necessary, modify the existing codes or create new
    ones.

  1. Entering a new code:

  • Enter the code with start and end date.
  • Mark the field with an "X" to calculate contributions.
  • Enter the percentage or a fixed amount.
  • Enter the maximum amount (if applicable).

  1. Delimitation: Delimit the old data and create a record with the new data and the correct start date.
