The leave codes currently allowed are set up for the Danish model enterprise. Set up the leave codes for each relevant company.

Requirements

The PBS companies should have been set up in a previous step. The specified leave codes must be agreed by PBS if they differ from those set up for the model enterprise.

Recommendation

Decide whether you want to use all leave codes for the individual companies. For example, if you do not employ apprentices, SAP recommends that you do not to set up leave codes for apprentices. This avoids the codes appearing as entry options in the Vacation infotype (74).
