Maintaining default values for processing leave according to the provision governing Sundays and public holidays
Example
In this step, you maintain the default value to be selected when creating a vacation infotype (74) for an employee.
The default value is based on the employee's current organizational assignment, and can therefore be coded according to the employee's company code, plant, personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group, and employee subgroup.
The provision governing Sundays and public holidays stipulates the extent to which an employee receives compensatory payments for Sundays and public holidays. Salaried employees with a fixed salary usually do not receive compensatory payments. However, hourly paid workers usually do receive compensatory payments, because they receive no payements for Sundays and public holidays. Possible values include:
1 Standard SH processing for employees
9 No SH processing for employees
