Feature DKSTA is used to determine salaried employees and hourly wage earners.
Determination is based on structure PME12 which defines the employee's assignment to a company code/personnel area/personnel subarea/employee group, and employee subgroup.
In other words, the system determines whether the employee is a salaried employee or a monthly wage earner based on the employee's assignment within the organizational structure (infotype 1).
Requirements
You must maintain the organizational structure.
Standard settings
The standard system includes a sample definition for the Danish model company based on the employee subgroup.
