Business Add-In (BAdI) Edit data records of Addr. chg form data file for SI office (PADJP_RPLSHAJ0) is called from the report Address Change Form Data File for SI Office (RPLSHAJ0). With this BAdI, you can set data to the following item which is not set by the report.
- Remarks Column
It is technically possible to edit data not only in the item described above, but in all items in the data records. If you need to change data set by the report, you have to pay special caution not to create inappropriate application record.
This BAdI contains the method EDIT_RECORDS which is used to edit data records.
Example
SAP provides a sample code of this method (IF_EX_PADJP_RPLSHAJ0~EDIT_RECORDS), which will set data to the following item.
- Remarks column
For an employee without either of HI number, EP seiri number or pension number in Infotype 0140 (SI Basic Data JP) / Subtype 1 (Health ins.) or 2 (EE's pens.) ), the text "Number Not Notified" is set to Remarks Column.
Example :
An employee does not have HI number and pension number and Health Insurance of his/her company is government-managed;
HI Number Not Notified Pension Number Not Notified
Requirements
You have set up necessary customizing settings to submit Address change
form to Social Insurance Office with data file.
Standard settings
Activities
After calling up the IMG activity, a dialog box appears, in which you can enter a name for the implementation.
If you have already made other implementations for this BAdI, another dialog box appears, in which the existing implementations are displayed. In this case, choose Create, and proceed as follows:
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the BAdI implementation in the Implementation field, and choose Create.
The screen for creating BAdI implementations is now displayed.
- Enter a short text for the implementation in the Short text for implementation field.
- From the tab index, choose Interface.
The Name of implemented class field is already filled on the tab page, as a class name was automatically assigned to the implementation when you named it.
- Save your entries, and assign the implementation to a development class.
- Place the cursor on the method, and double-click to enter method processing.
- Enter the code for the implementation between the statements

. - Save and implement your code. Return to the Edit Implementation screen.
- Save the entries on the Edit Implementation screen.
Note: You can also create an implementation, and then activate it at a later time. In such a case, end the processing stage at this point.
- Choose Activate
The code you stored in the method will be run when the application program is executed.
