Use

In this step, you confirm how to deal with employees in SANTEI/GEPPEN evaluation, who correspond to Geppen candidate of August/September because their fixed compensation changes in May/June (geppen candidates of August/September). In the standard setting, such employees are evaluated as Geppen candidate. You need to make necessary settings here only when you want to evaluate them as SANTEI.

Standard settings

In the standard setting, geppen candidates of August/September are evaluated as Geppen candidate.

Activities

If you want to evaluate geppen candidates of August/September as SANTEI in SANTEI/GEPPEN evaluation, activate the rule JCCF in the standard schema JSOC.
In the standard setting of the rule JCCF, when SANTEI/GEPPEN rule is '1'(non-tokyo rule) in a social insurance modifier which is assigned to their personnel area/subarea, they are evaluated as SANTEI. If you want to change this setting, follow the steps below;

  1. Copy the standard rule JCCF to ZCCF.
  2. Make necessary settings in ZCCF.

    <Example>
    In case you want to deactivate this functionality for the social
    insurance modifier '01' whose SANTEI/GEPPEN rule is '1'(non-tokyo rule) ;
