In this step, you can specify which retirement allowance calculation method is used for each personnel area / personnel subarea combination. The calculation method can be specified by pre-defined IDs.
Example
For personnel area JP01 / personnel subarea 0001, the basic pay method is used. For personnel area JP01 / personnel subarea 0002, the point method is used.
Standard settings
The calculation methods have already been defined for SAP's sample personnel area / personnel subarea combinations.
Activities
Define retirement allowance amount calculation method for each personnel area / personnel subarea combination.
