In this step, you define the retirement reason category. This reason category will be used to specify how reduction calculation for the retirement allowance amount should be carried out.
This retirement reason category will be assigned to action and reason of action in the next step, so that retirement action and reasons of action defined, can be categorized in terms of a retirement allowance amount reduction formula.
This is common to all three types of calculation method.
