The following payment factors are defined for each appraisal rank criterion:

    B        1.2
    B+        1
    B-        0.8
    C        0.6

The appraisal rank code must be pre-defined in the section Personal appraisals of this Implementation Guide.

SAP's sample payment factors have already been defined for sample appraisal rank criteria.

Check the sample setting in the feature and change/add your appraisal rank criteria and their payment factors.
