In this step you will define the detail appraisal features of the evaluation criteria.
Detail appraisal features represent the aspects within a given area for which you want to evaluate your employees.

This set up step consists of two screens:

  • a pop-up screen
  • a list screen

The pop-up screen is displayed first.
In this screen select the main appraisal feature you want to configure.

A list screen with all the possible detail appraisal features is then displayed.

You may want to evaluate your employees in the following areas/aspects:

  • Individual achievements
    • Productivity
    • Quality of work
  • Basic skills
    • Planning
    • Leadership
    • Creativity

Requirements

In order to define the possible detail appraisal features you must have set up the Main appraisal features.

Standard settings

The entries in the SAP standard delivery system are only samples.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Check the SAP sample entries.
  2. Delete entries that are not required.
  3. Create new entries according to your requirements.
