In this step, you set up the table which defines monthly standard compensation amounts and their corresponding grades.
These amounts form the basis for calculating one's SI premium amount in monthly payroll accounting, and the grades are one of the determinant factors in Geppen Judgement.
Each employee's monthly standard compensation amount and its grade for Health Insurance and Employee's Pension are stored in Infotype 0141 - Social Insurance Premium Data.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the current Japanese regulation.
Recommendation
The standard entries should be maintained only when Japanese regulation changes.
In any other case, we recommend you do not change the standard configuration, since inaccurate settings may cause malfunction in Payroll Accounting and Japanese legal reports.
Activities
Maintain the entries only when the legal regulation is changed.
