In this step, you set up possible reason codes for each Acquired/Lost indicator in Subtype 2 - Employee's Pension.
This step has two-step screens:
- a pop-up screen
- a list screen
The pop-up screen is displayed first.
In this screen, value "2"(EE's Pension) is set as Subtype.
For field Acquired/Lost, please select the Acquired/Lost indicator you would like to configure.
A list screen will appear where you can display/enter a list of possible reason codes and their texts for the selected Acquired/Lost indicator.
Requirements
In order to define possible reason codes for each Acquired/Lost indicator for EE's Pension, you must have set up the Indicator for acquired/lost.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the current Japanese regulation.
Recommendation
The standard entries should be maintained only when Japanese regulation changes.
In any other case, we recommend you do not change the standard configuration, since inaccurate settings may cause malfunction of the Japanese legal reports.
However, if you do have to add new entries, keep in mind the only possible values you can set for the reason indicator are in the range of 'Ux' to 'Zx', where 'x' is optional.
Any other values are reserved, and must not be used.
